I'm Katy Tucker the founder of Birth Serenity. I am here to guide you to have the best birth for you.

I have completed Hypnobirthing Teacher training with Love Your Birth and I am teaching group and 1 to 1 courses across Somerset as well as relaxation classes.

My fertility journey was not easy and we sadly had 4 miscarriages before having a healthy boy, followed by another miscarriage before having my youngest boy. Before getting pregnant with my eldest I completed conceivable with Claire Brett, a course that supported the mind body connection and introduced me to positive affirmations and deep relaxation- skills used in hypnobirthing.

I very much believe completing this course supported me to move away from the fear of carrying to term to having confidence in my body. It was the first time I truly understood the power of the mind body connection.

I understand what it is like to feel apprehensive about birth. That was me when pregnant with my eldest.

Hypnobirthing skills helped me to manage birth when things didn’t go as planned and helped me to feel in control and I love both of my son’s birth stories even though neither went to plan.

I love hearing about people’s birth experience and am passionate about supporting expectant parents to have positive birth experiences no matter what birth they have.

I look forward to meeting you and providing you with the techniques and knowledge you need to feel calm and in control during pregnancy and birth.
